Our position

Why fees are non-refundable

Gradvisors invests significant time, expertise, and resources from the moment your case begins. Profile assessments, university research, document preparation, counsellor time, and correspondence with institutions all commence immediately upon engagement. The fee you pay compensates for this work, not solely for an admission outcome.

Early termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement by providing one month's written notice to the other. In the event of early termination — whether initiated by you or by Gradvisors — no refund of any compensation paid will be issued. Documents prepared by Gradvisors may not be used by the student following termination without our written consent.

Amendment fees

The amendment fee of USD 249 per change to agreed universities or programmes, applicable after the third day from signing, is non-refundable once the amendment has been accepted and processed.

Photo opt-out fee

If you choose not to provide your photograph for promotional use, a one-time opt-out fee applies and is non-refundable once paid. The exact amount is outlined in your Service Agreement.

No exceptions

Gradvisors does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including:

• Rejection by all shortlisted universities
• Visa refusal
• Personal change of plans
• Not meeting the conditions of a conditional offer (e.g., IELTS, final grades)

We strongly encourage all prospective students to review the scope of services carefully and raise any questions before signing their agreement.
